Job summary

4flow is seeking a logistics-focused professional to manage the movement of goods within customers’ networks from Vigo, Spain. You will ensure smooth transportation operations through our transportation management system and handle orders, communications, and exceptions with customers and partners.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, proactive communication in Spanish and English, and collaboration in a dynamic, international environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Relevant practical experience in the transportation industry and a high focus on customer service.
• Ability to quickly prioritize during busy periods while still communicating proactively in a friendly and solution-oriented way.
• Experienced user of MS Office with good communication skills in Spanish and English (Portuguese, French would be beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Guaranteeing the smooth execution of all areas of transportation for daily operations using our transportation management system
• Performing customer service tasks, e.g. managing transport orders, communicating with customers/partners
• Handling shipping exceptions while ensuring that information flows to the customer and other relevant parties involved
• Providing solutions in case of transport delays
• Supporting the continuous optimization of our customers’ logistics networks
