A culinary company in Barcelona is seeking a passionate Logistics Specialist to coordinate the delivery process and manage logistics flows. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in logistics management and relevant education in Business Administration or related fields. Responsibilities include coordinating goods delivery from Italy, negotiating rates with transport agencies, and report preparation. This full-time position offers the chance to work in a vibrant team dedicated to quality in food and wine services.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics management or supply chain.
• Experience in B2C environments is a benefit.
• User level experience with ERP and logistics management software.
• Good Excel skills and tech-savvy with logistics software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate loading and delivery of goods from Italy.
• Negotiate rates with transport agencies.
• Maintain stock and shipments coordination with the Purchasing team.
• Analyse logistic flows and search for alternatives.
• Prepare reports.
• Pallet control: price, exchange, and stock levels.
• Oversee stock on Italian platforms (north and south).
• Prepare reports on logistics performance.

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist who loves food and wine to join our passionate food lovers’ team!

• Coordination of loading / delivery of goods from Italy to international delegations.
• Search / negotiate rates with external transport agencies.
• Maintain updated stock and shipments to delegations, maintaining close coordination with international Purchasing team.
• Management of shrinkage.
• Analysis of logistic flows and search for alternatives.
• Pallet control: prices, exchange, stocks.
• Oversee stock in Italian platforms (north and south).
• Preparation of reports.

Who we are looking for:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics management / supply chain.
• Studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Experience in distribution and/or retail in B2C environments is a plus.
• Well versed in technology, with good Excel skills.
• ERP / Warehouse and logistics management software – User level.
• Team player with friendly "can do" attitude.
