ADM invites graduates to join its Logistics & Execution Trainee Program across Europe. The first year focuses on learning logistics fundamentals, contract execution, and transportation through hands-on roles at European sites.

In year two, you will expand your skills with greater autonomy at another European location. You follow a structured learning plan, supported by a mentor from the European logistics team.

Formación

• Masters or bachelor degree in Logistics, Economics, Business, Maritime Logistics/Transportation or related field.
• Strong drive for success with analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent English communication; other languages are beneficial.
• Willing to travel and relocate within Europe; valid EU work permit.

Location: The work location can be any ADM location in EMEA.

Within the ADM Logistics & Execution Trainee Program, you will unlock your full potential. At ADM, we need people who are passionate about solving the nutritional challenges of today and tomorrow. People who want to contribute to something greater than themselves, making a lasting impact.

Your first year is dedicated to learning the grassroots of logistics, contract execution and transportation through hands-on, meaningful roles within one of our European locations. In the second year, you with further develop these skills while having more autonomy at another location in Europe.

You will follow a learning plan which balances business requirements and personal development. You will be supported by a mentor from the European logistics and execution team. During your traineeship, you will learn about contract law, logistics, contract execution, risk management, transportation, production planning and the financial implications of execution decisions.

After the successful completion of the trainee program, you are prepared for a future logistics or execution role in one of our European locations.

What will make you successful

• Masters or bachelor degree, preferably in Logistics, Economics, Business, Maritime Logistics/Transportation or other related field
• Interest in logistical processes
• Strong drive for success, great analytical skills, self-motivated and strive for continuous improvement
• IT skilled, great team player and communicator, good with numbers, structured, accurate, out of the box thinking, highly stress resilient
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are beneficial
• Willing to travel and/or to relocate within Europe
• A valid EU work permit
