ADM is seeking a qualified professional to oversee premix formulation activities, update material codes in M3, and export labels and formulas to Betulo production software. You will ensure compliance with quality regulations and ADM policies while coordinating with multiple departments.

You will also manage reporting related to production and sales of PREMIX, and apply design procedures with validation to records, supporting IT and English communications.

Formación

• Compulsory: Veterinarian/Agronomist/Chemist.
• Learn about the MULTIF-21 formulation software.
• Knowledge of IT Office package.
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Change raw material/additive codes in M3.
• Change of codes of marketed products in M3.
• Change of codes in the formulas of manufactured products in M3.
• Update labels to the new codes and export the labels to labeling software.
• Export the formulas to production software (Betulo).
• Report management, production/sales of PREMIX.
• Apply the design procedure with involved departments, with validation and verification, and generate the record.
• Verify the development and application of quality regulations regarding products, raw materials and processes.
• Carry out the development and application of current legislation relating to products, raw materials and processes.
• Comply with ADM policies.

Job Description

Job purpose:

• Person in charge of performing routine tasks of the premix formulation system, labeling and updating corresponding procedures.

Main Responsibilities

• Change raw material/additive codes in M3
• Change of codes of marketed products in M3
• Change of codes in the formulas of manufactured products in M3
• Update labels to the new codes and export the labels to labeling software
• Export the formulas to production software (Betulo)
• Report management, production/sales of PREMIX.
• Apply the design procedure together with the departments involved, with validation and verification, and generate the corresponding record.
• Verify the development and application of quality regulations regarding products, raw materials and processes.
• Carry out the development and application of current legislation relating to products, raw materials and processes.
• Comply with all ADM policies

Qualification And Experience

• Compulsory: Veterinarian/Agronomist/Chemist
• It will be considered as an extra the following fields of experience:
• Learn about the MULTIF-21 formulation software
• Statistical process control: Yellow Belt.
• Knowledge of IT Office package
• Intermediate level of English.
