Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking a Logistics & Distribution Coordinator to partner with the Logistics Manager in coordinating global distribution to international warehouses, stores, event venues, and e-commerce channels. You will ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.

You will work on coordinating retail distribution, export/import processes, and liaising with local warehousing teams across Iberia, with a focus on operational excellence and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years international distribution and warehouse experience in sport events, FMCG or fashion.
• Minimum 1 year experience with events distribution.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or Engineering desirable.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Analytical skills and ability to work with international teams.
• Excellent knowledge about international customs legislation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the logistics of retail distribution, product import and export processes with contracted logistics partners in Iberia.
• Liaise with local 3PL warehousing teams for warehousing processes and services.
• Coordinate reverse logistics.
• Manage documentation related to national and international shipments.
• Implement and execute processes to support operational excellence in market distribution.
• Control logistics partners through KPIs and reviews; take corrective actions as needed.
• Track transportation costs and drive cost-reduction culture.
• Manage incidences related to product distribution with warehouse, in-venue, and international teams.
• Support daily discrepancy management with solutions.
• Maintain daily contact with Buying and In-venue retail teams for product arrivals.
• Assist Buying team in measuring supplier delivery performance and lead time.
• Identify inefficiencies and automate processes; collaborate with other functions to drive improvements.

The Logistics & Distribution Coordinator

The Logistics & Distribution Coordinator partners with the Logistics Manager to coordinate global distribution to international warehouses, stores, event venues, and e-comm channel ensuring right product, right place, right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the logistics of retail distribution, product import and export process, controlling and directing logistics service partners contracted for distribution services in Iberia
• You will also liaise with the local 3PL warehousing teams for warehousing processes and services.
• Coordinate reverse logistics.
• Manage documentation related to national and international shipments.
• Implement and execute processes and standards to support operational excellence in market distribution.
• Control logistic service partners through KPIs and regular reviews. Implement corrective actions to manage KPI deviations
• Track transportation costs and drive a culture or cost reduction within the business.
• Manage incidences related to product distribution in conjunction with warehouse teams, in-venue teams and the international transportation team. Follow up any issues in line with agreed standards, contracts and service level agreements.
• Support the business with daily discrepancy management, providing solutions and support.
• Constant contact with Buying and In-venue retail teams to notify daily product arrivals.
• Support Buying team in measure supplier delivery performance and work with them to improve lead time.
• Identify inefficiencies and simplify and automatize processes where possible. Collaborate with other business functions in the market and with international logistics execution functions to drive improvements in efficiency and quality.
• Participation in projects and initiatives executed in the market.
• Other duties and projects as assigned and directed by the Logistics Managers in Iberia.

Qualifications & Skills

At Legends Global, we are looking for an individual with the energy and desire to work in a fast paced and multi-channel retail trading environment where they have shown strong numerical and planning skills.

• A minimum of Three (3) years international distribution and warehouse experience within the sport events, FMCG or fashion industry goods.
• A minimum of One (1) year experience with events distribution.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or Engineering desirable.
• Fluent both in Spanish and English
• Analytical skills and the ability to work with international/multicultural teams.
• Excellent knowledge about international customs legislation.
• Supply Chain execution knowledge and strong business orientation.
• Gets things done, delivers to highest of standards and takes responsibility. Autonomy.
• Strong IT skills particularly Excel.
• The ability to assimilate new systems and reporting tools.
