Maersk in Madrid is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to be the primary contact for customers, coordinating end-to-end shipment activities and delivering an exceptional service experience. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, improve service delivery, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires strong customer-facing skills, proven logistics experience, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation.
• Strong customer-facing experience in a service environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end shipment activities for customers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer retention.
• Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor service performance and escalations as needed.
