Maersk is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to act as the main contact for a portfolio of European customers, build trusted relationships, and drive service excellence. You will lead performance reviews and coordinate cross-functional resolutions to maximize value from Maersk solutions.

The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple relationships in a fast-paced environment on-site in Barcelona, Spain.

Formación

• Experience in Service Delivery, Customer Success, Account Management, Logistics, Operations, or similar customer-facing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers across Europe.
• Develop strong, long-term customer relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Lead customer performance reviews, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Monitor service performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage customer escalations and coordinate effective resolutions across internal teams.
• Work closely with Operations, Product, Commercial, and other stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes.
• Understand customers' businesses, strategic priorities, and operational requirements.
• Translate customer needs into actionable service improvements and enhancement plans.
• Support customer retention and identify opportunities to expand existing relationships.
• Drive adoption of digital tools, capabilities, and new service offerings.
• Ensure customer action plans are executed and tracked to successful completion.
