EBRO Factory is seeking a proactive Logistics Process & Continuous Improvement Engineer to optimize logistics and supply chain operations in Barcelona. This role will drive process improvements, support operational systems, and enhance business performance across logistics flows.

Formación

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Logistics Process & Continuous Improvement Engineer to support the optimization, standardization, and efficiency of logistics and supply chain operations.

This role will play a key part in driving process improvements, supporting operational systems, and enhancing business performance across logistics flows.

What Will You Do?

• Analyze, optimize, and standardize logistics and supply chain processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of logistics systems and operational tools.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Operations, Production, Quality, and IT teams.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and workflows.
• Support warehouse, material flow, and transportation process improvements.
• Promote Lean and continuous improvement methodologies within daily operations.
• Ensure alignment between operational processes and business objectives.

What Do You Need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• More than 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business operations and supply chain processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems and operational tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Process Standardization.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
