Ecuphar in Madrid is seeking a Logistics Associate for a temporary role to support our European operations. You will assist in transport coordination, shipment tracking, and documentation to ensure smooth product releases.

The role also covers supply planning support, SAP data handling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with strong English/Spanish skills and a proactive, learning mindset.

Formación

• Recent graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
• Basic familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate transport requests and schedule daily transport with approved providers.
• Track product movement and verify shipment status in the supply chain.
• Ensure documentation and temperature data are available for product release.
• Assist with import/export paperwork and liaise with customs agents in Spain.
• Support supply planning activities and data flow between systems (SAP).
