Robert Bosch España Fábrica Madrid S.A. in Madrid offers an Internship Student position in the Logistics Department. This on-site program immerses you in the global supply chain, working with multiple departments and suppliers to learn how material flows operate in a leadership-driven, international company.

You will support material flow monitoring, coordinate with warehouses and production, and develop skills in SAP and MS Office while improving planning and communication across languages.

Formación

• Active university enrollment required.
• Studies in logistics, engineering, business administration or related fields.
• Advanced English; German is a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and coordinate material flows from suppliers to production.
• Collaborate with Goods Receiving, Warehouse, Quality, Production and Shipping.
• Communicate with national and international suppliers in Spanish, English and German.
• Plan material demand and coordinate delivery dates to ensure production continuity.
• Manage data in SAP/P72 and monitor inventories and orders.
• Organize and supervise component shipments to subcontractors.

Are you interested in understanding how material flows operate within a global company? In this role, you will become part of the supply chain coordination team, collaborating with different departments and suppliers on an international level.

Your responsibilities – learning from day one

• Monitoring and coordinating material flows throughout the supply chain, from suppliers to production
• Close collaboration with the Goods Receiving, Warehouse, Quality, Production, and Shipping departments
• Daily communication with national and international suppliers in Spanish, English, and German
• Planning material demand and coordinating delivery dates to ensure production continuity
• Monitoring and managing data in SAP/P72, including continuous control of inventories and orders
• Organizing and supervising component shipments to subcontractors
• Student in logistics, engineering, business administration, or related fields
• Advanced level of English; German is considered a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); SAP is an advantage
• Highly motivated, responsible, and team-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable
• Active university enrollment required

Conditions
