DHL Supply Chain Valencia Center of Excellence (Alfafar) is seeking a Data Analyst Lead who can transform data into business value and drive continuous improvement across complex international logistics operations.

You will design and improve processes through data-driven insights, build dashboards, mentor a team, and collaborate with IT on data modelling and reporting architecture to support operational and strategic decisions.

Formación

• University degree, preferably in Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence environments.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating stakeholders.
• Strong background in Business Process Design & Analysis.
• Knowledge of KPI frameworks and performance management methodologies.
• Experience working across multiple contracts, operations or complex business environments.
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Data Analytics professionals.

• Manage multiple projects in an international environment.
• Oversee Master Data Management for designated Accounts.
• Ensure Data Quality Management across datasets.

• Support implementation for new Accounts in Data Analytics workstream.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across systems.
• Promote innovation through analytics, automation and digital solutions.

What will you do?

As our Data Analyst Lead, you will play a key role in designing and improving business processes through data-driven insights, advanced reporting and automation solutions.

• Leading and developing a team of Data Analytics professionals
• Driving business process design and continuous improvement initiatives
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced international environment
• Master Data Management for your designated Accounts
• Data Quality Management
• Developing impactful dashboards, reports and presentations to support operational and strategic decisions
• Collaborating closely with IT teams on database design, data modelling and reporting architecture.
• Support implementation for new Accounts in Data Analytics workstream
