DHL Supply Chain Valencia is seeking an IT Business Partner to bridge technology and operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will identify opportunities to drive efficiency, manage IT requirements, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.

The role requires a strong background in IT within supply chain/logistics, 5+ years of IT experience, and familiarity with ITIL, Prince2, and DePICT methodologies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with service management; ITIL certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management; Prince2 or DePICT is an advantage.
• Experience in the logistics industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or other fast-paced, complex environments.
• Strong skills in business/service requirements analysis.
• IT literate.

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Systems, especially TMS.
• Ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.
