DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Test Manager in Valencia to own the quality, reliability, and operational continuity of technology solutions enabling end-to-end supply chain orchestration within a 4PL ecosystem.

The role leads structured validation across critical processes and platforms to maintain real-time visibility, anticipate risks, and support data-driven decision-making. Strong English required.

Formación

• Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or system implementations.
• Minimum 4 years in supervisory or management roles.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), level C1–C2.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Testing Team to deliver KPIs aligned with customer expectations.
• Define and execute end-to-end testing strategy (SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression).
• Ensure testing activities comply with SLAs, SOPs, and customer requirements.
• Manage defects, risks, and escalations effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Build strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent service quality.
• Oversee team performance, workload distribution, and day-to-day operations.
• Act as the main point of contact for operational and team matters.

As Test Manager you will own and ensure the quality, reliability, and operational continuity of the technology solutions that enable end‑to‑end supply chain orchestration, safeguarding consistent system performance within a fully connected logistics ecosystem.

The role leads structured validation of critical processes and platforms to maintain real‑time visibility, anticipate risks, and support data‑driven decision‑making across a dynamic 4PL environment.

Its purpose is to ensure that implementations, integrations, and key functionalities strengthen a resilient, efficient, and continuously evolving supply chain, leveraging advanced capabilities such as scenario modelling and digital twin simulations.

Key Responsabilities:

• Lead the Testing Team to deliver KPIs aligned with customer expectations.
• Define and execute the end-to-end testing strategy (SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression).
• Ensure testing activities comply with SLAs, SOPs, and customer requirements.
• Manage defects, risks, and escalations effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Build strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent service quality.
• Oversee team performance, workload distribution, and day-to-day operations.
• Act as the main point of contact for operational and team-related matters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or system implementation environments, minimum 4 years.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), level C1-C2.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), preferably Oracle or similar platforms.
• Proven involvement in implementations or transformation projects.
• Testing Tools & Methodologies.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Experience defining and executing end-to-end testing strategies and governance frameworks.
