Job summary

Air Apps in Lisbon is seeking a Junior Social Media Operator to join our onsite team. You'll work with Creator Relations Specialist to support content operations, campaigns, and community engagement across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in social media or digital marketing, strong written communication, and a curious, collaborative mindset. This role offers growth in a fast-paced, AI-powered environment focused on productivity tools.

Qualifications

Around 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields (internships or academic projects also considered).
Familiarity with major social platforms and their content styles, especially TikTok and Instagram.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Creative mindset with curiosity for trends and new formats.
Team player with willingness to learn and grow under guidance of senior colleagues.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Creator Relations Specialist to execute social media campaigns in coordination with influencer and creator partnerships.
Draft, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Monitor, comment and post on social media channels daily—supporting community engagement by responding to comments and interactions.
Collect, organize, and review creator deliverables for alignment with campaign objectives.
Track content performance metrics and help prepare reports for internal teams.
Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
Provide administrative and coordination support for creator collaborations, events, and cross-team initiatives.
