Air Apps in Lisbon is seeking a motivated Junior Social Media Operator to join our onsite team. You will support content operations, campaign execution and community engagement across multiple platforms.

You will collaborate with the Creator Relations Specialist, draft posts, monitor channels, and help analyze performance while staying curious about trends and AI-driven productivity tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in social media, digital marketing, or related fields (internships or projects considered).
• Comfort with major platforms and content styles, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Creative mindset with curiosity for trends and formats.
• Team player eager to learn under guidance of seniors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creator Relations Specialist to execute social media campaigns with influencer partnerships.
• Draft, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Monitor and respond to comments to support community engagement daily.
• Collect and review creator deliverables for alignment with campaign objectives.
• Track content performance and assist in preparing internal reports.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
• Provide administrative support for creator collaborations and events.
