The Luxury Collection in Seville seeks a dedicated, non-management kitchen prep cook for a full-time role at San Fernando 2, Seville, Spain. You will prepare ingredients, portion meals, and support cooking activities according to recipes and quality standards.

You will operate ovens and other kitchen equipment, ensure food safety, maintain cleanliness, and work as part of a professional team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients for cooking and portioning; follow recipes and quality standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; monitor food quality during preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area; report maintenance needs.
• Communicate clearly and work with the team to support hotel kitchen operations.
