Job summary

Welo Global is seeking a Quality Manager to lead supplier alignment and ensure top-notch delivery across client accounts. You will monitor performance against client thresholds, engage with customers to understand quality expectations, and work with Language Services to meet capacity and quality targets.

You will design and maintain a robust quality framework, oversee language assets, and drive continuous improvement through QA reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment in localization/translation.
• Experience in Localization Vendor/Quality Management.
• Strong data literacy and ability to analyze performance against OKRs.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of supplier alignment and performance for accounts under their squad.
• Monitor supplier performance (OTD, task acceptance, language quality, adherence to instructions).
• Lead discussions with customers on quality, analyze root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Design and maintain quality framework and language assets (glossaries, style guides, TMs).
• Coordinate with Language Services on capacity and talent recommendations.
• Act as client-facing quality advisor and escalation point for missed deadlines.
• Provide regular quality reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives (QIP, RCAs, CAPAs).
• Train suppliers on client tools and processes.
