Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Knowledge of the translation or localization industry is preferred.
• Strong financial management and budget to actual experience.
• Ability to lead large, diverse, virtual teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, gather requirements and validate with the client.
• Resource projects with relevant stakeholders ensuring quality, cost and schedule.
• Perform risk analysis and contingency planning.
• Lead internal and external teams to successful delivery of projects.
• Create schedules and monitor timeliness of delivery.
• Manage budgets and control project costs.
• Maintain relationships with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers.
• Oversee project activities and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery, client satisfaction, quality and profitability.
• Report on scope, financials, progress and status to stakeholders.
