Job summary

Triangle Solutions Rrhh, on behalf of a major construction group with nationwide operations, seeks a dedicated Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist (PRL) to join a remote team. You will develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies across projects, focusing on Vigo and Galicia regions while coordinating remotely with site teams.

• Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve health and safety management systems and policies for construction sites nationwide, with a focus on Vigo.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and site inspections remotely or coordinating on-site personnel to identify hazards and recommend controls.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide expert advice and training to site managers, supervisors, and workers on health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with national and regional health and safety legislation and standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate health and safety documentation, including reports, records, and emergency plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into planning and execution phases of construction projects.
• Stay updated on changes in occupational health and safety legislation and technology.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization, encouraging proactive safety behaviors.
