Ebury León is seeking a Building Maintenance & Security Coordinator to manage 24/7 operations of our new headquarters. You will ensure the reliability of critical systems, oversee BMS and HVAC, and protect the asset with strong vendor coordination and regulatory compliance.

You will report to the Head of Global Business Services and collaborate with the León Director and Office Manager to deliver seamless facility operations and future renovations, including sustainability initiatives.

Formación

• Two years minimum in corporate office management, hospitality, or high-traffic facilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• A Formación Profesional electrical-focused degree is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee 24/7 facility operations and critical systems (BMS, HVAC, AHU/UTA).
• Ensure 100% uptime for UPS, electrical panels, plumbing and safety systems.
• Lead 24/7 security protocols and CCTV coordination with vendors.
• Guarantee regulatory compliance for electrical, fire safety and elevator inspections.
• Coordinate moves, renovations and sustainability projects (rooftop PV) and asset documentation.
