Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is seeking a seasoned Senior Building Management System (BMS) Specialist to join our Maintenance Operation Centre team.

You will lead BMS programming, HVAC understanding, and global service optimization to ensure seamless functionality and top-tier customer experiences. This role requires strong technical foundations, experience in building controls, and the ability to work across functions to improve energy efficiency and reliability, with flexibility for 24/7

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years in building controls or related field.
• Experience in BMS programming and commissioning.
• Ability to integrate BACnet, LON, Modbus to a single platform.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and optimize BMS technologies, IoT platforms, and data analytics of the BMS.
• Monitor and maintain ticket/work order processes and queues ensuring service quality.
• Analyze BMS data to identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost savings.
• Design, implement and manage BMS SOPs, policies, and global processes.
• Support development and execution of global BMS support strategies and services.
• Collaborate with WWRE, D&C, Sustainability, RME and other stakeholders to align requirements.
• Uphold change management processes and ensure compliance.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors for a customer-centric approach.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations on BMS trends and improvements.
• Lead training programs to enhance field RME teams and BMS specialists.
