OW Ocean Winds is seeking a Legal Associate to join its Headquarters Legal Team. The role collaborates with Business Development, Finance, Procurement, IT, People and Innovation to support complex transactions and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced international environment.

You will contribute to commercial agreements, corporate governance, risk management and continuous improvement of legal processes across the group, with travel as required.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with strong drafting and negotiating ability.
• Experience assessing and mitigating legal risk in commercial projects.
• Ability to work with Business Development, Finance and IT teams across borders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide broad legal support to HQ teams on a regular basis.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex transactional and project documentation.
• Advise on legal issues across the organisation and manage external counsel.
