OW Ocean Winds is seeking a Legal Associate to support the HQ Legal Team across projects and business units. You will engage with Business Development, Finance, Procurement, IT and People/HR to structure and negotiate complex agreements.

The role requires handling cross‑border matters, managing external counsel, and ensuring compliance with policies and evolving regulations within a fast‑paced, international environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally with M&A or project development exposure.
• Experience in renewable energy projects, offshore wind is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage external counsel across jurisdictions.
• Experience in top international law firms or in-house legal departments valued.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal support to HQ teams regularly and to country/project level when needed.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex transactional and project documentation.
• Identify and manage legal risks with practical, commercial solutions.
• Coordinate external counsel and ensure cost control and quality.
• Monitor regulatory developments and share knowledge across the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and ethical standards.
