Aleph is seeking a Legal Administrator to keep regional legal operations running smoothly, handling contracts, signatures, corporate entity records, KYC/KYB requests, and cross-border document logistics across multiple jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with global and regional legal leads, internal stakeholders and external partners across entities and time zones in a fast-growing, dynamic, global environment where your work directly supports business growth.

Formación

• Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or corporate secretarial role.
• Exposure to KYC/KYB, contracts, and cross-border compliance.
• Strong coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contracts and signatures across jurisdictions.
• Maintain corporate entity records and legal documents.
• Coordinate with external counsel and legal leads globally.

As Legal Administrator, you will keep our regional legal operations running smoothly: managing contracts and signatures, corporate entity records, KYC/KYB requests, external counsel coordination and legal document logistics across multiple jurisdictions. You will work with global and regional legal leads, internal stakeholders and external partners across entities and time zones.

The role suits experienced paralegals, legal assistants (asistentes jurídicos), corporate secretarial and legal operations professionals, and executive or administrative assistants with legal exposure.
