Aleph, a dynamic player in the digital advertising space, is seeking a Legal Administrator in Madrid to run regional legal operations. You will manage contracts, KYC/KYB requests, filing, and coordination with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

The role suits experienced paralegals, legal assistants, or corporate secretarial professionals with legal exposure. Fluency in English and strong organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Proficient English, both written and verbal (essential).
• A degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Documentation & Data Hygiene: Maintain, update and organize regional templates and demand letters.
• Signature Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of legal documents and signatories.
• Information Management: Manage digital filing systems with periodic audits and consistent naming conventions.
• Entity Data Maintenance: Keep master records of corporate entities up to date.
• Bank and Regulatory KYC/KYB Support: Gather and submit corporate documentation and respond to bank/regulator requests.
• PO and Invoice Management: Validate invoices and follow up on billing discrepancies.
• External Counsel Liaison: Coordinate invoicing, billing updates, and routine follow-ups with law firms.
• Certificate Requests: Handle requests for certificates of good standing and insurance certificates.
• Legalization and Logistics: Coordinate notarization, apostille and secure courier logistics.
