Job summary

Vall d’Hebron Institute of Research (VHIR) invites applications for a part-time Learning & Development Assistant within the HR Directorate in Barcelona. You’ll support the management of training activities, communications, registrations and documentation for FUNDAE grants, and help coordinate face-to-face and virtual training events.

Candidates are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, HR or related fields, with fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English, strong

Qualifications

• Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Education, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related field, or enrolled in a relevant Master’s programme.
• Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the management of training activities.
• Assist in preparation and dissemination of communications related to the training offer.
• Support management of registrations and respond to participants’ enquiries.
• Assist in collection, review and filing of documentation for FUNDAE training grants.
• Collaborate in organisation and logistical coordination of face-to-face and virtual training.
• Manage distribution of training invitations, reminders, certificates and related documentation.
• Provide administrative support for other activities within the Learning and Development Unit.
