Zurich Insurance Group is seeking a hands-on Workforce AI & Automation Domain Architect to lead product architecture for AI and automation capabilities. The role covers data, identity, integration, cloud, security, and responsible AI, working from discovery to live operation.

You will align with the DEX domain direction and enterprise standards while shaping reusable patterns across the portfolio. The ideal candidate brings senior technical leadership in AI/automation, experience converting

Formación

• Requires architecture or senior technical leadership for AI, automation, low-code, SaaS or digital products in a complex organisation.
• Experience translating functional and non-functional requirements into clear, compliant end-to-end designs.
• Ability to support product change from discovery through implementation and operational transition.
• Practical design authority covering decisions, risks, dependencies and technical debt.
• Credibility with engineers and vendors, with hands-on knowledge to challenge designs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Workforce AI & Automation product and programme work streams with stakeholders.
• Maintain understanding of the product and application portfolio and perform end-to-end solution-design assignments.
• Engage architecture governance to secure design approval and ensure standards across delivery and operation.
