Swiss Re is seeking an AI Architect to lead architecture across Data Analytics and AI/GenAI offerings. This hands-on leadership role combines high‑level design with practical implementation, guiding engineering teams.

You will design a cloud‑native, enterprise‑grade SaaS environment on Azure, utilizing Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and modern data lakehouse architectures, with LLMs, RAG, OCR, and NLP components.

Formación

• Experience building multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS platforms.
• Strong system design skills with Java/Spring MVC and distributed systems.
• Security expertise including Zero Trust and secure access.
• Experience with REST, SOAP integrations and event-driven patterns.
• Proven leadership of multicultural engineering teams.
• Experience with SonarQube, Invicti, Aqua security tools.
• Experience with Python, .NET, or Go in addition to Java.
• Maven and/or Gradle build tooling experience.

• Create architectures with self-healing capabilities and resilience.
• Model systems and define technical documentation and specs.
• Guide engineering teams through best practices and decisions.
• Present architectural roadmaps to stakeholders.

• Support implementation with cloud, code, and infrastructure expertise.
• Shape long-term architecture vision for Data & AI platforms.
• Identify opportunities in cloud, data, AI, and automation.
