Rovio Entertainment in Barcelona is seeking a Lead Game Developer to shape technical architecture and own major features for our titles. You’ll guide a team of developers, collaborate with producers and the tech lead, and help craft outstanding player experiences.

You’ll focus on robust design, SOLID architecture, and performance, delivering high quality code and documentation while driving agile processes and cross-team collaboration in a hybrid setup with 2-3 days in the office.

Formación

• 8+ years of game development with shipped titles.
• Deep programming with C# and Unity.
• Strong experience in game architecture and SOLID design.
• Proactive communication and agile practices.

Responsabilidades

• Craft key game features from design to implementation.
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and performance.
• Own technical architecture for robust, scalable game features.
• Lead technical aspects across the project and set development standards.
• Guide and coordinate developers across the game team.
• Partner with producers to plan, schedule, and prioritize the backlog.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with Rovio teams.
• Refine tools and workflows to improve team performance.
