Rovio Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Lead Game Developer to build complex features and shape the technical architecture of our game. You will guide a team of developers, work with producers and the tech lead, and help deliver compelling experiences for millions of players in a hybrid setup with two to three days at the office each week.

You’ll own key product features from design to implementation, ensure code quality, and refine architectures for robust, scalable gameplay.

Formación

• 8+ years of game development experience with shipped titles.
• Strong C# and Unity engine technical expertise.
• Solid game architecture using SOLID principles.
• Experience debugging, profiling, and optimizing for target platforms.
• Effective communication and agile mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Craft core game features from design to implementation.
• Maintain high code quality, documentation, and performance.
• Own technical architecture and scalable solutions.
• Lead technical aspects and uphold development standards.
• Guide and support developers across the game team.
• Collaborate with producers to plan, schedule, and prioritize backlog.
• Share knowledge and connect with other Rovio teams.
• Refine processes, tools, and workflows to help the team thrive.
