Gts Group Ltd en España busca un Lead Systems Engineer para definir y ejecutar una plataforma satelital avanzada. Liderará la arquitectura del sistema, requisitos, interfaces y estrategias de verificación, colaborando con equipos de avionics, ADCS, thermal y software desde la fase de concepto hasta la operación.

El candidato ideal tiene 7+ años en ingeniería de sistemas espaciales, experiencia en proyectos de vuelo, y habilidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionar riesgos, con

Formación

• 7+ años de experiencia en ingeniería de sistemas espaciales.
• Experiencia en proyectos de vuelo y verificación.
• Familiaridad con AIT y verificación de sistemas.
• Capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios.
• Conocimiento de ECSS (o estándares equivalentes).
• Experiencia práctica en integración de sistemas.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la arquitectura del sistema y trade-offs de la plataforma satelital.
• Gestionar requisitos, interfaces, presupuestos y trazabilidad.
• Soportar revisiones de subsistemas y toma de decisiones técnicas.
• Guiar integración, verificación y campañas AIT.
• Gestionar riesgos técnicos y anomalías, cierre de verificación.
• Punto focal técnico ante stakeholders internos y externos.

Lead Systems Engineer (Satellite Platform) Spain | Excellent Relocation Support Available We are looking for an experienced Lead Systems Engineer to take ownership of the technical definition and execution of an advanced satellite platform program in Spain. This is a highly technical, hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives close to the hardware, enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, and can drive technical coherence across multidisciplinary teams from concept through launch and operations. You will lead system architecture, requirements, interfaces, verification strategy and integration activities, working alongside subsystem experts across avionics, ADCS, thermal, propulsion, software and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading satellite platform system architecture and technical trade-offs
• Managing requirements, interfaces, budgets and traceability
• Supporting subsystem design reviews and technical decision‑making
• Driving integration, verification and AIT campaigns
• Managing technical risks, anomalies and verification closure
• Acting as the technical focal point across internal and external stakeholders

We are particularly interested in engineers with:

• 7+ years in space systems engineering
• Flight project experience
• Strong AIT and verification background
• Hands‑on systems integration experience
• Knowledge of ECSS or equivalent standards
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams

Nice to have:

• MBSE / SysML experience
• Environmental testing (TVAC, vibration, EMC/EMI)
• Avionics, C&DH or onboard software verification exposure
• Configuration management and technical documentation expertise
