Neuco busca un Lead Systems Engineer para hacerse cargo de la definición técnica y ejecución de una plataforma satelital de próxima generación. Se trabajará en una posición estratégica y práctica, responsable de la arquitectura del sistema, la gestión de requisitos, la definición de interfaces y la verificación, con liderazgo técnico entre disciplinas.

El candidato ideal tiene experiencia en ingeniería de sistemas espaciales y ha liderado proyectos de vuelos, con capacidad para traducir

Formación

• Más de 7 años de experiencia en ingeniería de sistemas espaciales, incluyendo participación en proyectos de vuelo e integración y verificación prácticas.
• Capacidad para traducir requisitos en diseños implementables, liderar revisiones técnicas y apoyar la resolución de incidencias entre equipos.
• Conocimiento sólido de arquitectura de sistemas, ingeniería de requisitos, gestión de interfaces, verificación y validación, y gestión de riesgos técnicos.
• Haber liderado la definición técnica y la ejecución de una plataforma satelital desde cero.

Responsabilidades

• Tomar posesión de la definición técnica y ejecución de una plataforma satelital de próxima generación.
• Liderar la arquitectura del sistema, gestión de requisitos e definición de interfaces.
• Planificación de verificación y liderazgo técnico entre disciplinas.
• Traducir objetivos de la misión en diseños de sistema robustos y verificables.

To Be Successful, You'll Need

• More than 7 years of experience in space systems engineering, including participation in flight projects and hands-on integration and verification activities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into implementable designs, lead technical reviews and support troubleshooting activities across engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, requirements engineering, interface management, verification and validation, and technical risk management.
• Must have led technical definition and execution of a satellite platform from the ground up
