Neuco está buscando un Lead Systems Engineer para definir y ejecutar la arquitectura de una nueva plataforma satelital. El rol implica liderar equipos en ingeniería de sistemas, gestionar requisitos, interfaces y verificación, con viaje y posibles jornadas en remoto desde España.

El candidato ideal posee más de 7 años en ingeniería de sistemas espaciales, experiencia en proyectos de vuelo y capacidad de convertir objetivos de misión en diseños robustos y verificables.

Formación

• Más de 7 años de experiencia en ingeniería de sistemas espaciales.
• Capacidad para traducir requisitos en diseños implementables, liderazgo técnico y resolución de incidencias entre equipos.

Responsabilidades

• Definir y ejecutar la arquitectura del sistema de plataforma satelital.
• Gestión de requisitos, definición de interfaces y planificación de verificación.
• Liderar revisiones técnicas y coordinar actividades entre disciplinas de ingeniería.

To Be Successful, You'll Need

• More than 7 years of experience in space systems engineering, including participation in flight projects and hands-on integration and verification activities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into implementable designs, lead technical reviews and support troubleshooting activities across engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, requirements engineering, interface management, verification and validation, and technical risk management.
• Must have led technical definition and execution of a satellite platform from the ground up
