neuco is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer in Spain, onsite or remote with travel, to own the technical definition and execution of a next-generation satellite platform.

The role covers system architecture, requirements management, interface definition, verification planning and cross-functional technical leadership to turn mission objectives into robust, testable designs, with travel to Spain as needed.

Formación

• 7+ years of space systems engineering experience with flight projects.
• Ability to translate requirements into implementable designs and lead technical reviews.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, interfaces, verification/validation, and risk management.
• Led technical definition and execution of a satellite platform from the ground up.

To Be Successful, You'll Need

• More than 7 years of experience in space systems engineering, including participation in flight projects and hands-on integration and verification activities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into implementable designs, lead technical reviews and support troubleshooting activities across engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, requirements engineering, interface management, verification and validation, and technical risk management.
• Must have led technical definition and execution of a satellite platform from the ground up
