TechTeamz is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to architect and drive nanosatellite and microsatellite missions in Spain. You will oversee end-to-end mission architectures, from bespoke spacecraft to scalable constellation designs, influencing the entire satellite lifecycle.

This role combines mission architecture, systems engineering, and technical leadership across design, analysis, AIT, and verification, with responsibility as Technical Authority and interface management between payloads,

Formación

• Significant experience in a Senior/Lead Systems Engineering role within the space industry.
• Proven design-to-test lifecycle experience for satellites.
• MSc or higher in Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, Software Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Define and architect end-to-end satellite missions.
• Scale designs to constellation architectures.
• Drive lifecycle from proposal to verification.
• Act as Technical Authority translating customer objectives into system architectures.
• Mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams.
