Personio is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer for the Business Systems team to drive strategy, architecture, and execution across Marketing Technologies, Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Zendesk, and Workato. You will lead a team of Salesforce admins and developers, manage offshore vendors, and shape scalable architectures for Lead-to-Cash and ERP integrations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT with SaaS architecture, 4+ years leading teams, and multiple Salesforce certifications.

Formación

• BS degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS.
• 10+ years in information technology with Systems Architecture (SaaS).
• 4+ years leading software development teams.
• 5+ years architecting Salesforce technology solutions.
• Multiple Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, CPQ, System Architect, Platform Dev).
• Hands-on Salesforce platform experience: Apex, Visualforce, LWC/Aura, VS Code, DX.
• Experience with data integration tools (Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi).
• Ability to create roadmaps and architectural diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of marketing, sales, and service domains.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Salesforce Admins and Developers (5–10).
• Manage offshore vendor relationships and integrate resources into teams and sprints.
• Architect complex customizations across marketing apps and Salesforce Lead-to-Cash (CPQ, billing, Zendesk, ERP).
• Develop scalable architectures and prototypes; craft architecture roadmaps.
• Conduct hands-on solution design and architectural reviews to ensure scalability.
• Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, frameworks, and reference patterns.
• Provide technical oversight for large transformational initiatives in product development.
• Evaluate new AI tools to boost field productivity.
