Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an AI-Driven Salesforce Engineer to join its engineering team in Madrid. You will evolve scalable, business-critical Salesforce solutions, integrating AI-powered development tools and driving automation across multiple markets.

The role combines strong Apex expertise with modern engineering practices, working autonomously to deliver reliable deployments and collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams. Experience with AI tools is highly valued.

Formación

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex and Salesforce best practices.
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, security model, and data modelling.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience working with Git, code reviews, and structured deployment processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical challenges.

What We're Looking For

Strong candidates will have experience with:

• AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Creating effective prompts and reusable AI workflows.
• Using AI for development, debugging, documentation, testing, and automation.
• Reviewing and validating AI-generated solutions with strong technical judgment.
