IE University, Madrid, is seeking a Project Manager – Student Journey Design to support Program Experience teams in innovating student experiences. You will map journeys, identify pain points and wow moments, and translate insights into actionable improvements across touchpoints.

Under this role you will lead microjourneys for targeted groups, align stakeholders, and leverage CX and AI tools to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and institutional reputation within the campus network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree in CX, Innovation, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management focusing on customer or student experience design.
• Experience in customer journey mapping and service design.
• Strong analytical skills using metrics (NPS, CSAT, engagement).

Responsabilidades

• Develop adaptable methodology for mapping student journeys across programs.
• Capture insights into student needs, emotions, motivations.
• Empower teams with actionable data to innovate and personalize experiences.
• Define interventions, KPIs, and feedback loops to refine journeys.
• Lead microjourneys for targeted student groups and monitor KPIs.
