AudensFood's Roales del Pan plant is seeking a Production Shift Manager to lead and develop the production team during the shift, ensuring the plan is executed with quality and food-safety standards. You will coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and Engineering to handle incidents and support Lean initiatives for waste reduction.

The role requires at least 3 years' experience in industrial production, strong leadership, and a willingness to work rotating shifts.

Formación

• 3+ years leading teams in industrial production.
• Experience in demanding environments with high operational responsibility.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the production team during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan and quality/food safety standards.
• Manage operational incidents with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments.
• Analyze shift performance indicators and drive improvement actions.
• Promote continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing) to reduce waste and losses.
