Ball in Spain (Catalonia) is seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee shift-based production development, coordinating people and material resources to meet productivity and quality goals on-site at our Llinars plant.

Key duties include supervising operations, minimizing downtime and waste, organizing changeovers, preparing shift reports on safety, quality and maintenance, and providing regular feedback to team members while ensuring attendance and performance.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years as a production operator with leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and ability to manage shifts.
• Fluent English and basic MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise production operations to meet productivity and quality objectives.
• Coordinate and supervise people and material resources across the shift.
• Organize production priorities and ensure smooth changeovers.
• Prepare shift reports covering safety, quality, and maintenance.
• Lead the team to minimize downtime and spoilage.
• Provide regular feedback and manage attendance.
