Ball Corporation in Llinarsplant is hiring a Production Team Leader to coordinate and supervise people and materials, ensuring efficient production across the shift. You will oversee line performance, changeovers, safety, and quality, while driving a positive work environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of production leadership experience, fluent English, and basic MS Office skills. This is a full on-site position with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a production operator and prior leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Fluent English required and basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Familiarity with production areas and ability to respond to risk or disaster situations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise production operations to meet productivity and quality objectives.
• Coordinate shift resources and monitor line performance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient changeovers and handovers between shifts.
• Provide regular feedback and track attendance at the start of each shift.
• Coordinate maintenance actions with the maintenance department as needed.
