AudensFood's Roales del Pan plant is seeking a Production Shift Manager to lead and develop the production team during the shift, ensuring the plan is executed with quality and food-safety standards. You will coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and Engineering to handle incidents and support Lean initiatives for waste reduction.

The role requires at least 3 years' experience in industrial production, strong leadership, and a willingness to work rotating shifts.
