Qonto is seeking a senior Product Manager, Client Communication, to shape a platform‑driven orchestration layer spanning Braze, Customer.io, SendGrid, Lemlist, and Zendesk. You will own end‑to‑end customer communications across regulatory requirements, partnering with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to deliver a scalable, compliant experience.

• Senior Product Management experience with platform‑level ownership.
• Hands‑on with communication or CRM platforms such as Braze/Customer.io.
• Experience navigating Regulatory, Marketing, Product and Ops priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Build the shared, event‑driven platform for orchestration and preference management used by CRM, Operations, Compliance, and Product.
• Close regulatory gaps and drive operational excellence to unlock growth.
• Turn fragmented tools into a cohesive, scalable system adopted across teams.
• Partner with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to align scope from day one.
