Job summary

Qonto in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Client Communication to own a greenfield, platform-level orchestration for customer communications across CRM tools and channels. You’ll partner with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to define scope and ownership from day one, building a scalable, event-driven platform that unifies logs, preferences, and regulatory compliance.

Lead cross-functional teams, shape the product vision, and drive the roadmap from day one

Qualifications

• Senior PM with platform-level ownership spanning multiple tools and internal customers.
• Hands-on with notification/CRM platforms such as Braze or Customer.io.
• Experience working where Regulatory, Marketing, Product and Operations have competing claims.

Responsibilities

• Own the shared platform: event-driven orchestration, unified communication log, and preference management.
• Close regulatory gaps, improve operational excellence, and unlock growth opportunities.
• Turn fragmented tools into a cohesive, scalable system adopted across teams.
• Partner with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to set scope and ownership from day one.
