Frontiers is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own the IAM and Messaging roadmaps, serving internal engineering teams as customers. You translate complex tech needs into clear specs, drive architecture decisions, and shape a scalable, secure product with measurable adoption and reliability.

You will partner with Platform Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure, require strong technical fluency, and help define success metrics like SLAs, cost control, and developer experience.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical/platform product management or engineering leadership.
• Experience delivering developer-facing products and APIs.
• Strong communication with engineering teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve IAM and Messaging roadmaps, prioritising internal demand and security needs.
• Translate engineering requirements into clear specs and backlogs for delivery.
• Co-design with Platform Engineering on architecture trade-offs and API contracts.
• Own API lifecycle, versioning, deprecation and backward compatibility.
• Be the primary contact for internal customers integrating with IAM and Messaging.
• Define and track success metrics: adoption, reliability, security, and cost.
• Partner with Security, Architecture and Infrastructure to stay compliant.
• Communicate roadmap and trade-offs to engineering leadership.
