OLX Group in Barcelona (remote) is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the global advertising product end-to-end. You will guide the ad-core stack, drive revenue growth beyond listings, and shape how ads integrate with AI-native surfaces across marketplaces and platforms.

You will work with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Sales to define success metrics and present strategy to executives, balancing monetisation yield with user trust in a fast-moving, diverse, global team.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in digital advertising or ad-tech.
• Proven track record of building monetised products at scale.
• Experience bringing monetisation products from early stage to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the global advertising product end-to-end across marketplaces and platforms.
• Drive growth of advertising revenue beyond listings with tools and formats.
• Integrate ads into AI-native surfaces balancing yield and buyer experience.
• Define and track metrics: revenue, fill rate, eCPM, ROI, buyer impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Sales to enable revenue growth.
• Present strategy and results to executive audiences.
