Nexthink is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Platform group to shape next-generation AI-powered capabilities. You will work on simplifying adoption, deployment, and value realization across a complex, scalable platform, collaborating with architects and PMs to deliver measurable impact.

The role requires a systems thinker who translates ambiguity into structured plans, aligning engineering, data, and product priorities for enterprise IT teams.

Formación

• 7+ years in Product Management within enterprise software or SaaS.
• Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and define scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to engage credibly with enterprise IT teams and translate concepts for customers.
• Clear, concise, and structured communicator able to influence stakeholders including executives.
• Professional-level English, spoken and written.
• Entrepreneurial, outcome-driven, adaptable; fast learner in new domains.
• Collaborative, cross-functional, global team player.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve Nexthink's platform capabilities for faster development and AI readiness.
• Partner with engineering to identify AI/automation opportunities to simplify configuration and setup.
• Collaborate with platform and feature PMs to design reusable, high-impact components.
• Define platform outcomes, technical abstractions, and trade-offs aligning engineering and product priorities.
• Translate long-term technical initiatives into a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Anticipate cross-domain dependencies and prioritize to keep the platform reliable.
