Oysho is seeking an Outerwear Design Manager to lead the development of our outerwear collection with a fashion-forward perspective. You will guide the design team, balance aesthetics, functionality and performance, and translate direction into compelling products.

The role requires strong fabric knowledge, trend awareness, and excellent communication to collaborate with Product Directors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Formación

• At least 6 years in outerwear design, including leadership or coordination of a design team.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, fit and technical details.
• Strong awareness of trends, brands, designers and catwalks, with a passion for fashion and attention to detail.
• Clear creative point of view and ability to translate direction into compelling products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with adaptability to change.
• Conversational Spanish is required to present the collection to the Product Director.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design development of the outerwear collection in line with the Product Director's direction.
• Guide and support the design team throughout the collection development process.
• Bring a strong fashion perspective to technical outerwear, balancing aesthetics, functionality and performance.
• Apply knowledge of fabrics, trims, details, fit and garment construction to create relevant product proposals.
• Oversee the preparation and review of technical files for suppliers, ensuring brand quality and fit.
• Monitor development with internal teams and suppliers to ensure the design intent is carried through to final garments.
• Present the collection and its vision to the Product Director.
