Pier Rock Management in Navarra, Spain, is seeking a hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to independently manage the day-to-day maintenance needs of a 92-unit community. This on-site role emphasizes multi-trade skills, proactive problem solving, and a commitment to resident satisfaction.

The position is a full-time, on-site role with rotating on-call duties. Competitive hourly pay of $22–$23 per hour, plus benefits, housing discount, and a team-oriented culture.

Formación

• Experience across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent time management and communication with residents and team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily repairs in units and common areas (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry).
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare units for new residents (repairs, painting, cleaning, appliance checks).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resident concerns.
• Maintain landscaping and exterior areas as needed, service amenities, follow safety standards.
