El Fuerte Marbella 5, a beachfront luxury resort in Marbella, Spain, seeks a result‑oriented Maintenance Manager to lead our engineering teams and drive facility excellence.

You will plan corrective and preventive maintenance, manage budgets, monitor energy use, and ensure safety compliance with REBT, RITE, Legionella and PRL while maintaining guest facilities to the highest standards.

Formación

• Degree in Technical/Industrial Engineering or FP I/II in relevant fields.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in hotels, commercial buildings, or residential complexes.
• Deep knowledge of hotel regulations (REBT, RITE, Legionella, PRL, Gas) and MS Office.
• Fluent Spanish and English at B1 level.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate corrective, preventive, predictive, and technical‑legal maintenance.
• Oversee engineering teams and manage annual maintenance budgets.
• Plan daily work orders, inspections, and energy consumption monitoring.
• Lead maintenance staff during incident resolution and manage schedules.
• Ensure safety compliance with health, safety, and hotel regulations.
